Hairy Bittercress (Cardamine Hirsuta) is an annual or biennial forb in the Mustard Family (Brassicaceae). It’s native to Europe and Asia, blooms Apr-Aug and grows 1-2 ft. It tolerates moist to dry soils and full shade to full sun exposure.
Hairy Bittercress is a common weed in gardens, grasslands, fields, right-of-ways, savannas, wet prairies, meadows and forests edges and openings. Plant is edible.
