Yellow Monkeyflower or Seep Monkeyflower (Mimulus Guttatus [Erythranthe Guttata]) is an annual and perennial forb in the Lopseed Family (Phrymaceae). It’s native to Western and Central North America. Blooms Apr-Jun and grows 0.5-2.5 ft. Rarely found in wet prairies and meadows; more common near streams in forests. Likes moist to dry soils and partial shade to full sun exposure.
